    The promotions of two Port Chester police officers were celebrated at the village board meeting on Monday, Apr. 2 when Drew Conetta was sworn in by Mayor Richard “Fritz” Falanka as lieutenant and Christopher Krzeminiski took the oath of office from the mayor as sergeant.
