After a group of a few men were kicked out of Westchester Avenue Jomas Tavern for allegedly fighting on Monday, Mar. 25, they allegedly started fighting with the security guard outside.
A Port Chester police officer heard a commotion at 2:32 a.m. and visited the area to inspect the situation. According to the police report, the cop saw two men grabbing, pulling and pushing the security guard around in attempts to go back inside the establishment. When one of them proceeded to allegedly assume a fist-fighting stance, the officer tackled him to the ground but was allegedly continuously interrupted by two other men.
The 23-year-old Poningo Street resident, 26-year-old Irving Avenue resident and 34-year-old Alto Avenue resident were all charged with disorderly conduct, violations.
