Kicked out for harassing

A patrolling Port Chester police officer became suspicious when he saw a group of people gathering outside of Jomas Tavern at 112 Westchester Ave. at 2:59 a.m. on Sunday, Mar. 24.
Upon further inspection, the cop realized the crowd was watching a man allegedly making a scene. According to the police report, a 63-year-old was screaming, flailing is arms and trying to push past a security guard to make his way into the bar. Security allegedly informed police that the man had been previously removed for inappropriately touching women inside.
The Poningo Street resident was charged with disorderly conduct, a violation.
