About 40 people take off from the starting line on Putnam Avenue on Saturday morning, Oct. 10 for the 17th annual Port Chester 5K run/walk. The Port Chester Recreation Department raised about $1,300 for the Port Chester/Rye Brook ARC, which supports individuals with special needs.
