The Skiba family: Fiona, 2, Reilly, 5, Colleen and Jeff, of 11 Wesley Ave., stay dry under umbrellas as the rain pours down on all who gathered at Veterans’ Memorial Park for the main Memorial Day ceremony Monday morning, May 29. The parade that was to follow was cancelled at the last minute.
