Via videoconference. 6 p.m. Agenda: 1) Letter dated May 21 from Anthony Gioffre III, Esq. on behalf of New Cingular Wireless for property at 411 Westchester Ave. to renew the special exception use permit for the existing wireless telecommunications facility. 2. Resolution on application to convert existing space at 7 Willow St. into a new restaurant. 3) Continued public hearing on application to demolish the existing buildings and construct a seven-story mixed use development with retail/restaurant and residential apartments as well as parking at 163, 175, 179 North Main St., 20 Abendroth Ave. and 18 Mill St. 4) Continued public hearing on application to subdivide the property at 575 King St. into 5 building lots to provide for four single-family homes on four lots and the synagogue and existing single-family residence on the remaining lot. 5) Public hearing on application for special exception use and site plan approval for a proposed food pantry and daily provision of meals for Caritas of Port Chester at 509-511 North Main St. 6) Application for site plan approval and special exception use permit approval to demolish the existing building and accessory garage structures and redevelop the property with a new 4-story, 106,240 sf self-storage facility at 354 North Main St. 7) Application to eliminate auto repair use and replace with convenience store use within existing building and add third fuel dispensing island and a canopy above at 305 Midland Ave. 8) Planning Updates: Project status of 2019 site plan approvals.
