Tentative agenda: 1) Public hearing on proposed local law amending the code concerning tree replacement for properties in planned developments and corresponding resolution. 2) Considering the completeness of the FEIS submitted by Rye King Associates LLC for property at 900 King St. 3) Considering a mutual aid agreement with the County of Westchester. 4) Considering approving an agreement with Auctions International for bidding of municipal surplus. 5) Considering setting a public hearing on a local law establishing overnight permit parking on Ellendale Avenue. 6) Considering budget modifications for FY 2020-21. 7) Considering modifications to the license and fee schedule. 8) Administrator’s report.
