Town of Rye Courtroom, 350 North Main St., Port Chester. 7 p.m. Tentative Agenda: 1) Public hearing to consider the application of King EZ 21 LLC for final plat approval re the proposed subdivision of property at 575 King St. into four single-family lots. 2) Public hearing to consider adopting a local law amending the zoning code by reclassifying the “Catering and Events Establishment” use in the CD-4 District from a “not permitted” use to a “permitted” use subject to certain geographic limitations. 3) Public hearing to consider adopting a local law amending the village code re Vehicles and Traffic with regard to the manner of payment for municipal parking. 4) Public hearing to discuss the Village’s desire to make application for CDBG program funding for the following projects in the 2022-2024 grant cycle: a) Geothermal utility upgrade to Village Hall. b) DPW above-ground gas tanks. c) 350 North Main St. generator and utility service upgrades. d) Streetscape design and construction for marina bulkhead. e) Comly Avenue pump station gas and electrical upgrades. f) Alto Avenue stormwater and infrastructure improvements. In addition, public service organizations within the village desiring to make grant application under the program are invited to attend and make comment. 5) CDBG requests: a) Carver Center b) Port Chester Housing Authority. 6) Public comments. 7) Report on DPW highway and village infrastructure. 8) Report of the village manager. 9) Resolution for 2020-21 general fund fiscal year end budget transfers. 10) Budget amendments for 2020-21 general fund fiscal year end. 11) Capital projects close out and associated interfund transfers as of fiscal year ended May 31, 2021. 12) Amending village code with regard to parking meter zones. 13) Awarding bid to County Coach for buses for various trips (coach buses or equivalent) in the amount of $31,975 for the 2021-22 fiscal year and an option for the 2022-23 fiscal year. 14) From Putnam Engine & Hose on the acceptance of Richard Jimenez to active membership. 15) From Putnam Engine & Hose on the acceptance of Emmett Dickheiser to active membership. 16) Taxi dispatching licenses. 17) Add-on resolution for budget modifications. 18) Correspondence: a) From Fire Patrol & Rescue on the expulsion of Richard Goddin. b) From Caritas seeking the BOT’s approval for street closings for a Fun Run on Oct. 17. 19) Public comments and board comments.
