Town of Rye Justice Courtroom, 350 North Main St., Port Chester. 7 p.m. Agenda: 1) Findings on 7 variances requested for 130 Midland Ave. 2) Public hearing on application for area variance relief for three curb cuts when one is allowed and gates, arms or booths must be set back at least 20 feet from the frontage when the applicant proposes to locate its security grills within 20 feet of the frontage at 140-150 Westchester Ave. 3) Public hearing on application for 3 area variances relating to the location of curb cuts and a loading area at 44 Broad St. 4) Public hearing on application to construct a new single-family dwelling at 245 Mortimer St. where two area variances are required: construction plans propose 0 feet of street frontage and the site plan proposes an easement access to Mortimer Street, a public street.
