Christopher Krzeminski, Police Sergeant Greg Ferraro, Police Officer Clayton Adams, PO José Garcia, PO Daniel Melgar, PO Anthony Rappoccio, PO Michael Santorelli. 2) Public hearing on the site plan application for the redevelopment of the former United Hospital site. 3) Public hearing to consider a local law imposing a temporary development moratorium on land use review and approval re projects and applications with a residential component, be they existing or proposed, for properties in the CD-4 General Urban Character District. 4) Public hearing to consider the application by 67 Purdy Avenue LLC for an exemption from the CD-4 moratorium. 5) Public hearing to consider the application by PC 301 Realty LLC for an exemption from the CD-4 moratorium. 6) Public hearing to prohibit the relocation of any garbage, litter, recyclables, refuse, rubbish or hard rubbish from one property in or out of the Village of Port Chester to another property in the village for municipal collection and to impose a targeted penalty for a violation. 7) Public hearing to consider adopting a local law amending the code “Solid Waste” to prohibit dumping in storm drains and catch basins and provide for a targeted penalty for a violation and amending Chapter 5 “Appearance Tickets” to support a broader enforcement effort. 8) Report by the police chief on the CRT/Mobile Crisis Unit. 9) Report from the CD-4 Committee. 10) Public comments. 11) Report of the village manager. 12) Award RFP for master transportation study. 13) Award bid for spray foam insulation for the DPW garage building. 14) Appointment of Brian Benjamin to Fire Patrol & Rescue Co. 15) Request for 7 add-on resolutions: a) Budget amendment for 2022 summer TANF Youth Employment Program. b) Approving IMA with Westchester County for the 2022 Summer TANF Village of Port Chester Youth Employment Program. c) Authorizing village to submit the WIIA grant application and the village manager to sign the WIIA grant application and a funding agreement with the NYSEFC. d) Award RFP for professional engineering and planning consulting services. e) Approving IMA with Westchester County for municipal youth bureau funding contract for vehicle purchase and program expenses. f) Establish capital project for vehicle for youth services. g) Budget amendment for use of DEA funds for police dept. service equipment. 16) Public comments and board comments. PORT CHESTER ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS. Town of Rye Justice Court, 350 North Main St., Port Chester. 7 p.m. Agenda: 1) Public hearing on area variance relief for 140-150 Westchester Ave. to allow 3 curb cuts instead of one and to allow gate to be set back from frontage less than required for 12-story mixed use building proposed for the site. 2) Public hearing on application for 3 area variances to maintain 2 curb cuts instead of one, a driveway width wider than the maximum and a loading area rolling gate setback less than the minimum required for the proposed 15-story mixed-use building at 44 Broad St. 3) Public hearing on application for two area variances related to construction of a new single-family dwelling at 245 Mortimer St.: no street frontage and an easement access to Mortimer Street. 4) Public hearing on request for an appeal/interpretation of the decision of the compliance officer that the proposed lots for the subject parcel on Sylvan Road lack minimum street or highway frontage is in error as application located on a paper street has rights of ingress and egress.
