PORT CHESTER ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS. Town of Rye Justice Court, 350 North Main St., Port Chester. 7 p.m. Agenda: 1) Continued public hearing on decision of zoning compliance officer that the proposed lots for the subject parcel on Sylvan Road lack minimum street frontage is in error as application located on a paper street has rights of ingress and egress as governed by village law. 2) Continued public hearing on application for area variance relief from section of code that says any gates, arms or booths must be set back at least 20 feet from the frontage at 140-150 Westchester Ave. The applicant proposes to locate its security grills within 20 feet of the frontage. 3) Application for three area variances at 44 Broad St. relating to the location of curb cuts and a loading area. 4) New public hearing on application for two are variances related to construction of a new single-family dwelling at 245 Mortimer St. Regular monthly meeting.
