District and making related dimensional and use changes to the

3) Public hearing to consider adopting a local law amending the official
zoning map reconfiguring the current boundaries of the CD-4 General Urban
District to incorporate a new C1 Neighborhood Character District, new CD-4 MU
Mixed Use Character District and new R2F Two-Family Residence Character
District and an extension of the boundaries of the CD-3, R5 One-Family
Residence District and corresponding resolution. 4) Public hearing to
consider adopting a local law amending the code regarding the parking of
commercial vehicles and corresponding resolution. 5) Public comments.
6) Report of the village manager. 7) Accept Patterns for
Progress Housing Needs Assessment Report and authorizing final payment to
the planning consultant. 8) Release performance bond related to
subdivision at 600 King St. 9) Add-on: Authorizing agreement with
South East Consortium for Special Services to provide a collective
program for special recreation services for citizens with developmental
disabilities and special needs. 10) Add-on: Election to active membership
of Corey Sabia to Putnam Engine & Hose Co. 11) Add-on: Election
to active membership of Nicholas Worms to Fire Patrol &
Rescue Co. 12) Correspondence: a) From Laura Ianello, PTO executive
board member, requesting closure of Park Avenue in front of the
