Darby McDermott, who portrays Maria, a postulate at the abbey, sings about how "the hills are alive with the sound of music." The Port Chester Middle School drama club will be staging Rogers and Hammerstein's "The Sound of Music" at 7 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 6 and Saturday, Feb. 7.
