Joan Conklin of Rye Brook and her grandson Andrew Conklin of Fairfield, Conn. sample the food and drinks from Salsa Picante. Joan organized the first Taste of Port Chester to benefit Tamarack Tower Foundation in 2011 and her grandson has made sure not to miss a single one.
