Michael Bellantoni, 38, of Nyack, formerly of Middletown and Port Chester, died Apr. 17, 2016.

He was born May 15, 1977 to Lucille (Casino) Jacobs and Donald Bellantoni.

He was a graduate of Middletown High School and attended Sullivan Community College for Culinary Arts as well as Gibbs College in Norwalk, Ct. for video production and multi-media. 

He was employed at the American Yacht Club in Rye for the past 15 years, where he loved photographing the beautiful sunrises at the beginning of each work day. His photographs were recently published in the 2016 American Yacht Club calendar.

Michael was much loved not only by his family and friends but also by his co-workers and the members of the Yacht Club.

He was an avid fan of the New Orleans Saints, the New York Jets as well as the New York Yankees.

He was predeceased by his stepfather William Jacobs.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his stepmother, RoseAnn Bellantoni, sister Roxanne Elizabeth Bellantoni, his two uncles, Salvatore and Joseph Casino, his two aunts, Kathy and Nancy Casino, cousins Karen Casino Lundgren, Joseph, Matthew and his godchild, Alyssa Casino, all of Rye Brook, and his beloved cats, Jake and Casey. 

Visitation will be Mon., Apr. 25 from 4-8 p.m. at the Gunipero-Farenga Funeral Home, 353 Westchester Ave., Port Chester.

A memorial service will be held at the American Yacht Club at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer donations be made to the ASPCA of Westchester, 590 N. State Rd., Briarcliff Manor, NY 10510.
