Illegal Avatar

When a 49-year-old man was detained on a warrant arrest for a previous incident at 3:09 p.m. on Friday, Apr. 19, Port Chester police allegedly found illegal substances on him.
During a routine search, the officers pulled out Todd Fraiser’s wallet from his rear pants pocket. According to the police report, inside they found two waxy paper envelopes stamped with an Avatar symbol. Upon further inspection, the officers determined that the envelopes allegedly contained heroin.
The 48 Townsend St. resident was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree, a misdemeanor.
