COVID cases stabilize in two villages

The number of active cases of COVID-19 in Port Chester and Rye Brook has remained relatively stable compared to a week ago when Westchester County’s new dashboard, which is accessible in real time, went live.
There were 320 active cases of the novel coronavirus in Port Chester as of press time Wednesday, Dec. 30 compared to 324 cases a week ago, for a cumulative total of 2,855 cases.
In Rye Brook, this week’s number of active cases is 93 compared to 96 last week, for a cumulative total of 538 cases.

Due to Port Chester’s high number of cases, Westchester Medical Center will continue its COVID-19 testing in the Village at Segunda Iglesia Pentecostal Juan 3:16 at 58 Poningo St. on Sunday, Jan. 3 from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. To be tested you must make an appointment in advance at wmchealthnetwork.tfaforms.net/256 or by calling 914-202-4530.
