The Blind Brook boys’ varsity soccer team organized their annual car wash fundraiser that took place Saturday, Oct. 16 from 12-4 p.m. in the BBHS parking lot. The community support was fantastic and there was a record amount collected that will be donated to three different charities, with the bulk of the donation going to the Carver Center in Port Chester. They’ve raised $4,135, $2,135 for the Port Chester Carver Center, $1,000 for Backyard Sports Care and $1,000 for Coffee for Good in Greenwich. Varsity soccer team captains are Jordan Cassuto, Matías Otero and Damián Otero. This photo was taken when Anne Bradner, CEO of the Carver Center, stopped by.
