The Glen Island Sand Art Competition will take place Sat., Aug. 6 at Weyman Avenue, New Rochelle at 11 a.m. Teams should be comprised of at least two participants, with a maximum of 10. The Toonerville Music Festival will take place in Pelham Sat., Sept. 17.
