Therefore, a single side yard setback variance of 4 feet is requested.
§ 250-22.G.(2)(b) The minimum required total of two side yards setback is 25 feet. The applicant proposes to legalize the existing enclosed porch permitted under Building Permit #210 issued 5/26/1948 as a screened porch only, with a total of two side yards setback of 20.2 feet. Therefore, a total of two side yards setback variance of 4.8 feet is requested.
§ 250-22.I.(2) The maximum allowable side height setback ratio is 2.40. The applicant proposes to legalize the existing enclosed porch permitted under Building Permit #210 issued 5/26/1948 as a screened porch only, with a side height setback ratio of 3.67. Therefore, a side height setback ratio variance of 1.27 is requested.

§250-21.G.3. The minimum required rear yard setback is 26 feet as granted by the ZBA on May 18, 1998, under application #98-223 for a garage addition. The current proposed laundry room addition will result in a rear yard setback of 24.9 feet.
The current property survey indicates that the 1998 garage addition was constructed only 22.1 feet from the rear property line and not 26 feet as granted by the ZBA. Therefore, a rear yard setback variance of 3.9 feet is requested to legalize the 1998 garage addition, and facilitate the current proposed laundry room addition.
§250-21.E. The maximum allowable gross floor area is 2,975 square feet. The existing non-conforming gross floor area is 3,987 square feet. The proposed addition will result in a gross floor area of 4,004 square feet. Therefore, a gross floor area variance of 1,029 square feet is requested.

The Village of Rye Brook will be awarding the contract for the purchase, uplifting and delivery of the Plow Trucks on the basis of best value to the proposal that optimizes quality, cost and efficiency, among responsive and responsible proposals. The non-price factors that will be considered in determining the proposal that offers the best value will be Number of Chassis meeting the specifications in Vendor’s Possession, Ability to Deliver Vehicle upfitted by November 1, 2022, Municipal Fleet Upfit Experience, Price of Chassis and Upfit including Central Hydraulics The Village of Rye Brook reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Proposals and to waive any informalities at its discretion, and to award contracts in a manner deemed to be in the best interests of the Village of Rye Brook even if such award is to other than the lowest Proposal.
