PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town Board of the Town of Rye, New York will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to continue on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter, at the Crawford Mansion Community Center, 122 North Ridge Street, Rye Brook, New York to consider the advisability of adopting Local Law No. 3, Year 2022, a local law authorizing the Town Board of the Town of Rye to use videoconferencing technology to participate in public meetings

The Town of Rye will be conducting a hybrid meeting at the Crawford Mansion Community Center, 122 North Ridge Street, Rye Brook, NY. The Town will also be utilizing ZOOM to host those who wish to join. If you have a computer, tablet or smartphone, you can see the video and hear the audio of the live session on the Town of Rye’s Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TownofRyeNY/

Interested persons are invited to attend and will be afforded the opportunity to be heard at that time when the Supervisor calls for Public Comments regarding the local law. If you wish to comment, please register to attend the public hearing by emailing the Town Clerk at [email protected]. You will be encouraged to provide your name and speak slowly and clearly. Public comments will be limited to three (3) minutes.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573 until July 8, 2022 at 3:00 p.m. at which time and place sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES

The Request for Proposals may be obtained at the Village Clerk’s Office, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) and available on the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov starting on June 14, 2022.

All proposals must be submitted by hard copy AND by electronic format (ex: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

“RFP #2022-06 PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND PLANNING CONSULTING SERVICES

Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.

The Village Board of Trustees reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities at its discretion or to make multiple awards in a manner deemed to be in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester.
