NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023 BUDGET INCLUDING SEWER RENT RATE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Section 5-508 of the Village Law, a Tentative Budget showing the revenue and expenditures for the fiscal year 2022-2023 of the Village of Port Chester, commencing June 1, 2022, including the associated Sewer Fund and Debt Service Fund, was duly filed by the Village Manager with the Village Clerk and thereafter presented to the Board of Trustees.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by Board of Trustees on Monday, April 4, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter at the Town of Rye Justice Courtroom, 2nd Floor, 350 North Main Street, Port Chester, New York, for the purpose of considering and discussing such Tentative Budget. A copy of such Tentative Budget, including the associated Sewer Fund and Debt Service Fund, is available at the office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, 1st Floor, 222 Grace Church Street, where it may be inspected by an interested person during regular office hours, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or online at the Village website www.portchesterny.gov. Such hearing shall also include consideration of the sewer rent rate for Fiscal Year 2022-2023 of 1.629880 CCF.

Applicant Proposes to: Legalize one car attached garage with breezeway and finished 2nd floor constructed under Building Permit #126 dated 4/12/1957.
At the premises known as 27 Wilton Road in the Village of Rye Brook, New York, situated on the west side of Wilton Road, approximately 100 feet from the intersection of Wilton Circle and Wilton Road, designated and shown on the most current tax map as Parcel ID# 135.66-1-50, the applicant does hereby request a variance(s) from the following applicable section(s) of the Zoning Ordinance:
§ 250-22.G.(2)(a) The minimum required single side yard setback is 10 feet. The applicant proposes to legalize the one car attached garage with breezeway and finished 2nd floor constructed 9.4 feet from the side property line. Therefore, a single side yard setback variance of 0.6 feet is requested.
§ 250-22.G.(3) The minimum required rear yard setback is 30 feet. The applicant proposes to legalize the one car attached garage with breezeway and finished 2nd floor constructed 20 feet from the rear property line. Therefore, a rear yard setback variance of 10 feet is requested.
A public hearing on said application will be held before the Village Zoning Board of Appeals on Tuesday, April 5, 2022, at 8 o’clock p.m.
ANNOUNCEMENT: In accordance with the Governor’s Executive Order 11.4, the April 5, 2022, Zoning Board of Appeals meeting will be held via videoconferencing, and a transcript will be provided at a later date. The public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting live and provide comments.
