Ford makes the board complete
Less than 24 hours after getting elected with 901 votes on May 17, George Ford signs the oath of office earmarking himself as an official Port Chester Board of Education member. In the presence of District Clerk Cathy Maggi, Ford makes the board complete for the first time all year by swearing in as the fifth member. Because he received the second highest number of votes, he will fill the vacant seat left by Tom Corbia and serve the remainder of that term, until June 30, 2023.
