Signing on for one more year
After securing the second highest number of votes with 954 tallies in the Blind Brook Board of Education election on May 17, Richard Buzin signs the oath of office in the superintendent’s office the next day to officially commit to just over a year of service. Buzin, who was appointed last summer to fill the position left vacant by Tina Steinberg, will stay in the same seat with a term expiring on June 30, 2023.
