Two buildings just sold in downtown Port Chester
The hot commercial market in downtown Port Chester shows no signs of cooling with two more buildings having just been sold.
5-7 and 9-11 N. Pearl St. traded for $5.5 million.
Mike Rackenberg of Houlihan Lawrence Commercial, who has traded many other buildings downtown, represented the seller of these impressive red brick buildings and also procured the buyer.
