PORT CHESTER BOARD OF TRUSTEES. Rye Town Justice Court, 350 N. Main St., Port Chester. 6 p.m.: Executive session to discuss: a) Employment history of a particular person in the Police Dept. b) Consultation with corporation counsel and village attorney. 7 p.m.: Public meeting. Draft agenda: 1) Presentation of MS4 annual report by Delaware Engineering. 2) Presentation of Taxi Commission recommendations for changes to the village code by the chair. 3) Presentation by Kings Capital Construction Group Inc. re waiver for construction noise at 30 Broad St. 4) Presentation from Kings Capital Construction re waiver for construction noise at 140-150 Westchester Ave. 5) Public comments. 6) Report of the village manager. 7) Cancelling the second meeting of Sept. 25 and carrying over any business for that meeting to the agenda meeting scheduled for Wed., Sept. 27. 8) Authorizing the village manager to enter into a grant reimbursement agreement with the NYS Urban Development Corporation to facilitate a RESTORE NY grant assisting the redevelopment project at 16-18 North Main St. 9) Authorizing the village manager to enter into a reimbursement agreement between the village and 1618 North Main, LLC to facilitate the pass-through of RESTORE NY grant funding to the owner/developer of the premises at 16-18 North Main St. 10-15) Five resolutions approving election of firefighters to active membership in PCFD companies. 16) Declaring Sun., Aug. 18, 2024 as a time to remember and celebrate Lafayette’s Farewell Tour in the village. 17) Promotion of Detective Sgt. Marcello Presta to the rank of police lieutenant. 18) Awarding RFP for case management Section 207 claims. 19) Awarding RFP for labor counsel to Bond, Schoeneck and King. 19) Awarding bid for on call overhead door repair and maintenance. 20) Awarding bid in IMA with Westchester County for Alto Avenue storm water improvements. 21) Authorizing the village manager to enter into the first amendment to the original IMA with Westchester County with regard to Wellness In Nutrition Program and Nutrition Services Incentive Program as part of services provided to senior citizens. 22) FY 2023-24 General Fund Budget Amendment: Demolition of unsafe buildings (14-16 S. Main). 23) Correspondence: 1-2) Transfer and expulsion of firefighters from Brooksville Engine & Hose Co. 3) From Parish of St. John Bosco requesting a procession and police escort on Oct. 15 at 2:30 p.m. 4) From Park Avenue School PTO requesting the closure of Park Avenue in front of the school on Sat., Oct. 28 from 2:30-7 p.m. 24) Public comments and board comments.
