Marcello Presta to the rank of police lieutenant. 18) Awarding RFP for case management Section 207 claims. 19) Awarding RFP for labor counsel to Bond, Schoeneck and King. 19) Awarding bid for on call overhead door repair and maintenance. 20) Awarding bid in IMA with Westchester County for Alto Avenue storm water improvements. 21) Authorizing the village manager to enter into the first amendment to the original IMA with Westchester County with regard to Wellness In Nutrition Program and Nutrition Services Incentive Program as part of services provided to senior citizens. 22) FY 2023-24 General Fund Budget Amendment: Demolition of unsafe buildings (14-16 S. Main). 23) Correspondence: 1-2) Transfer and expulsion of firefighters from Brooksville Engine & Hose Co. 3) From Parish of St. John Bosco requesting a procession and police escort on Oct. 15 at 2:30 p.m. 4) From Park Avenue School PTO requesting the closure of Park Avenue in front of the school on Sat., Oct. 28 from 2:30-7 p.m. 24) Public comments and board comments.
