Main St., Port Chester. 7 p.m. Agenda: 1) Findings on application to install six signs for a Sunoco gasoline dispensing station and market at 314 Boston Post Rd. 2) Continued public hearing on application requesting a use variance to convert and legalize the longstanding use from a 2-family residence with a commercial woodworking shop to a 3-family residence with a commercial woodworking shop at 26 Merritt St. 3) New public hearing on application for an area variance pertaining to a replacement garage with a rear yard setback of 4.7 feet and a side yard setback of 4.2 feet at 142 Breckenridge Ave. Garage was to be constructed with 5 ft. rear and side yard setbacks. Ridge St., Rye Brook. 6 p.m. Agenda: 1) Public comment on non-agenda items. 2) Discussion re the 2024 Rye Town Park budget. 3) Resolution to engage contractor to repair path and gravel parking roadway damaged during Tropical Storm Ida. 4) Authorizing submission of a grant application to the NYS DOT for the 2023 Transportation Alternatives Program and approval of a local match contribution. 5) Authorize the implementation of daily beach and parking fees for Rye Town Park for the 2024 season. 6) Authorize the implementation of season permit fees for Rye Town Park for the 2024 season. 7) Authorize the implementation of rental fees for Rye Town Park facilities for the 2024 season. 8) Adopt the 2024 operating and capital budget. 9) Resolution to declare surplus items. 10) Management report. Regular monthly meeting. Open to the public. This will be a hybrid meeting. Members of the public will have an opportunity to see and hear the meeting remotely on the Rye Town Park Facebook page and YouTube. There is a link posted on the Town’s website or you can access the program at Rye Town Park, NY|Facebook. Comments from the public should be entered into the comment section of the Facebook page and will be addressed at the end of the meeting to the extent possible. The Park Commission will also be using Zoom to host those who wish to join.
