Main St., Port Chester. 6:30 p.m. Agenda: 1) Public hearing on application to amend a site plan of a previously approved mixed use development at 27-45 N. Main St. 2) Continued public hearing on application for a subdivision approval related to the redevelopment of the United Hospital site at 999 High St. and 406-408 Boston Post Rd. 3) Continued public hearing on application for site plan approval on an application originally submitted in 2021 to redevelop the premises with a new 3-story multi-family dwelling at 121 Poningo St. 4) New public hearing on application for site plan approval of the air rights above the New Broad Street parking area adjacent to an existing Neri Bakery property as a soft addition to the 2nd floor at 41 Pearl St. 5) Application for site plan approval to redevelop the premises at 128-156 N. Main St. with a new 6-story mixed use building with 234 residential units and 245 off-street parking spaces. 6) Application for site plan approval to redevelop the premises at 22-28 N.
