Standing on a new ACCESSMAT that heightens wheelchair accessibility on Oakland Beach at Rye Town Park, Park Director Russell Gold (left) unfastens a belt so ADA specialist and advocate Michael Hellmann can try out one of the new beach wheelchairs offered at the property.
