NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573 until 3:30 p.m. local time on April 21, 2023 at which time and place sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for the following:

All submissions must be submitted by electronic format (ex. CD or USB flash drive; e-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) contained in a sealed envelope clearly marked: “RFP #2023-07 “DESIGN AND ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR GEOTHERMAL HEATING AND COOLING PROJECT AT THE VILLAGE HALL AND SENIOR/COMMUNITY CENTER..” Failure to comply with these requirements shall result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive.
