Angelo Ianello: Yonkers teacher and administrator

Angelo Ianello, 80, of Port Chester, died peacefully at Greenwich Hospital Oct. 27, 2023.
He was a lifelong resident of Port Chester who was born July 17, 1943 to Daniel and Josephine Ianello who predeceased him.
He graduated from Wichita State University, and for 40 years, he worked for the Yonkers Central School District as a teacher and administrator.
Mr. Ianelllo will be remembered for his love of sports, sense of humor and his great relationships with his lifelong friends.
He is survived by his wife Nancy (Giliotti), three stepsons: Richie (Paula), Justin (Diana) and Matthew (Danielle); seven grandchildren: Gianna, Sabrina, Luca, Gia, Alexa, Skylar and Anthony and one on the way.
He was predeceased by his brother Andrew.
