IWPA (Israel Wine Producers Assn.) is sponsoring Sip for Solidarity to Support Israel Wineries and Raise Money for Israeli Relief Efforts. Armonk resident Joshua Greenstein is VP of IWPA. In light of the crisis in Israel, the organization has launched a campaign urging people to ‘Sip for Solidarity’ by buying Israeli wine. The wine business in Israel is a huge part of Israel’s economy and tourism, which is now on hold due to the war. Obviously, there is no tourism to the wineries at this time, and the growers, pickers and producers have been called up to serve. For additional information, contact Joshua Greenstein at 518/441-0782 or [email protected].
