NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Village of Port Chester until October 25, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. local time at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, at which time and place sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for “Prepared Meals for Senior Nutrition Program.”

No proposals will be received or considered after the date/time stated above.

A mandatory site visit and interview at the congregate mean site will be on October 18, 2023 at 3:00 p.m. local time at the Port Chester Senior/Community Center.

The bid package may be procured at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York beginning on October 13, 2023 and available on the Village’s web-page www.portchesterny.gov/Bids.aspx or in person at the office during regular business hours.

All bids must be submitted by electronic format (ex.: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) AND a single, original hard copy both contained in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester, New York in the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, for qualified Consultants to provide desktop, network and server administration and support professional services must be received by the Village until November 03, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. local time, after which time and date no proposals will be accepted.

A mandatory site meeting will take place at 11am on Friday, October 27^th in the Village Hall Conference Room located at 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, NY 10573. 

The Request for Proposals (R.F.P.) may be obtained at the Office of the Village Clerk, Port Chester, New York between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (except legal holidays) and can accessed from the Village of Port Chester’s website at www.portchesterny.gov/Bids.aspx

No proposer may withdraw his/her proposal within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of the proposal.

If it becomes necessary to revise any part of this RFP, or if additional data or information is necessary to clarify any of its provisions, a written addendum will be issued.

The Village reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any irregularities in the proposals received, select any proposal as the basis for negotiations and to make an award to the most qualified proposal that is in the best interest of the Village of Port Chester.
