requesting subdivision approval pursuant to Chapter A402 of the Village of Port Chester Code.  The subdivision approval is requested in connection with the application of Boston Post Road Owner, LLC, the owner of the former New York United Hospital Medical Center site, for the redevelopment of the property known as 406-408 Boston Post Road and 999 High Street, Section: 141.52, Block: 1, Lot(s) 2, 2.1 and 2.4 in the Village of Port Chester, classified in the Village’s SD-PMU – Special District – Planned Mixed Use District, with a mixed-use community containing residential, independent and assisted living apartments, commercial/retail/restaurant uses, and a hotel.
