The Blind Brook Varsity Soccer Car Wash will be held Sat., Oct. 21, 1-4 p.m. in the Blind Brook High School parking lot, 840 King St., Rye Brook. Rain date: Oct. 22. Funds raised will go to the Carver Center in Port Chester and the Friends of Blind Brook Foundation for a scoreboard on the soccer/football/lacrosse field.
The 5th Annual Sharing is Scaring Halloween Collection Drive is taking place thru Fri., Oct. 20. Donate gently used Halloween costumes to benefit children at Andrus Children’s Home. Port Chester Council for the Arts will present its annual Art10573 Show, Sun., Oct. 22, 11 a.m.-5 p.m. at Crawford Mansion, 122 N. Ridge St., Rye Brook. Free admission and open to the public. The Port Chester/Rye Branch of the NAACP will hold the Robert S. Brown and M.
