Letter: A disgrace

Inverted sign on utility pole across from 325 King St.
Take a look at the accompanying photograph. The sign pictured has been in this inverted state after an incident that occurred over five years ago on King Street across from 325 King. It is a disgrace that it still has not been addressed. It gives passersby a negative impression of Port Chester as they head downtown. I don't understand why it hasn't been taken care of.
