Angela Wilson: Devoted wife and mother

Angela Wilson, 90, a lifelong resident of Port Chester, died Nov. 29, 2024.

She was born July 21, 1934 in Port Chester to Sebastian and Helen Spizzari Bongiovanni, who predeceased her, and was raised and educated in Port Chester.

Mrs. Wilson was a devoted wife and mother and was the widow of William Wilson who died Jan. 23, 2000.

She is survived by her daughter Cindy Wilson of Watertown, Conn. and her granddaughters Sarah Porco of Arlington, Va. and Abigail Porco of Shelton, Conn.

Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her brother Joseph Bongiovanni.

A funeral service was held Thurs., Dec. 5 at Craft Memorial Home, Inc. in Port Chester followed by interment at Greenwood Union Cemetery in Rye.
