Notice of Formation of POSITIVE DESTINY LLC (the “LLC”) filed Articles of Organization with the New York Department of State on 11/07/2024. Office location: Westchester County. The New York Secretary of State is designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served and is directed to forward service of process to 66 Wildwood Ave, Mt. Vernon, NY 10550. Purpose: any lawful activity.
2024-2025 VILLAGE OF PORT CHESTER TAX
SECOND HALF REMINDER
This is to notify all taxpayers whose property is located in the Village of Port Chester that the first half of the village tax is due by December 31, 2024. Payments must be POSTMARKED BY THEUS POST OFFICE NO LATER THAN December 31, 2024. If payment is not received by that date, a mandatory, non-waivable penalty of 2% will be added for the month of January and will increase monthly thereafter.
For your convenience, there are three ways for you to make payments.
You may mail your check in the envelope provided. Be sure to include the second half stub of the bill. If you would like a receipt, mark the appropriate box. Payments must be postmarked by the US Post office no later than December 31, 2024 to avoid the penalty.
You may also drop your payment in the special locked box in front of the building at 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester. Include the ENTIRE BILL with your payment and we will send you a receipt. You do not need a stamp.
You may pay on-line. You may pay by a credit card. You may also pay by electronic transfer (ACH) echeck. Check the back of the bill for instructions or follow the instructions below.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed proposals will be received by the Village of Port Chester beginning December 13, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. local time and each successive Thursday through December 30, 2025 at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, at which time and place sealed proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud for “Third-Party Building Department Support Services”.
The Request for Proposals may be procured at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York beginning on December 13, 2024 and available on the Village’s web-page www.portchesterny.gov/Bids.aspx or in person at the office during regular business hours.
All proposals must be submitted by electronic format (ex.: CD or USB flash drive: E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of transference) and a single, original hard copy contained in a sealed envelope clearly marked:

2024 STORM SEWER REPAIRS

BID 2024-10
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the Village of Port Chester until Thursday, January 9th, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. local time at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York 10573, at which time and place said sealed bids will be publicly opened and read out aloud for
“2024 Storm Sewer Repairs”
No bids will be received or considered after the date/time stated above.
This work consists of several storm sewer system improvements, such as replacing storm sewer lines, installing new storm sewer lines, installing catch basins, installing cured in place lining to an existing storm sewer line, and associated connections. This work also included related work such as restoration paving, sidewalk replacement, curb replacement, and other incidental work.
A Pre-Bid conference will not be held. Bidding contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the project site before submitting bids.
Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents may be procured at the Office of the Village Clerk, 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester, New York beginning on Friday December 13th, 2025 and available on the Village’s web-page https://www.portchesterny.gov/Bids.aspx or in-person at the office during regular business hours.
A bid bond, certified check, or bank check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany the bid. Bids may not be withdrawn within forty-five (45) days after the closing date/time for receipt of all bids.
All requests for clarifications must be submitted no later than Friday, January 3rd, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.

The successful bidder will be required to timely provide performance and labor and material bonds in an amount equal to the bid award and to proceed to contract upon notice of the bid award.
