Presidents’ Day holiday schedule

Monday, Feb. 19 is a federal holiday. The Village of Port Chester, Village of Rye Brook and Town of Rye government offices will be closed today as will many banks, the post office, the Port Chester Senior Center, Posillipo Center and the Port Chester-Rye Brook Public Library. There will be no mail delivery and no enforcement of parking meters in the villages. Blind Brook and Port Chester schools are closed this week for winter recess. Mon. garbage will be collected Tues.; Tues. garbage will be collected Wed.; Wed., Thurs. and Fri. garbage and recycling collection will remain the same. Port Chester will see no bulk collection this week. Rye Brook bulk collection will remain the same, but there will be no green waste collection this week.
