Main St., Port Chester. 7 p.m. Agenda: 1) Continued public hearing on application requesting a use variance to convert and legalize the longstanding use from a 2-family residence with a commercial woodworking shop to a 3-family residence with a commercial woodworking shop unit at 26 Merritt St. 2) New public hearing on application for an area variance pertaining to a replacement garage with a rear yard setback of 4.7 feet and a side yard setback of 4.2 feet at 142 Breckenridge Ave. Garage was to be constructed with 5-foot rear and side yard setbacks.
