Juan Ruiz of Port Chester, a Health Sciences major at Alfred State College in Alfred, N.Y., has been named to the Fall 2023 Dean’s List. To be named to the Dean’s List, students had to take a minimum of 12 credit hours of course work and earn a minimum 3.5 grade point average out of a possible 4.0.

Zavier Garcia of Port Chester, a sophomore who is majoring in English and Theatre and Performance Media, has been named to the Dean’s List for the fall 2023 semester at Eastern Connecticut State University in Willimantic. To qualify for the Dean's List, full-time students must complete a minimum of 12 credits in letter-graded courses with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher in the semester. Part-time students are eligible if they've accumulated 15 or more credits of letter-graded course work with an average GPA of 3.5 or higher.
