105-107 Adee St. sold for $1.725M

Houlihan Lawrence Commercial announced the sale of 105-107 Adee St. in Port Chester in early January. Both the seller and buyer were represented by Mike Rackenberg, associate broker.
The site consists of two retail tenants, AGM Restaurant (International Café & BBQ) and Los Remolinos. AGM Restaurant (International Café & BBQ) recently signed a 10-year renewal.
The space at 107 Adee St. was being delivered vacant; however, the seller gave approval to market the space for lease while under contract and Houlihan Lawrence was quickly able to procure the tenant, Los Remolinos. The owner of Los Remolinos is an experienced restaurant/bar owner who previously had a restaurant in Port Chester and loved this location.
The property traded for $1,725,000.
