Main St., Port Chester. 7 p.m. Agenda: 1) Findings on application to install a post sign for the new veterinary practice at 316 Boston Post Rd. where five variances are required. 2) Findings on application to install a sign on the building wall facing Putnam Avenue, to install a sign on the corner of the building facing Putnam Avenue and to install a sign on the corner of the building facing Riverdale Avenue, all locations where signs are not permitted and variances are required, for the new gym at 13 Riverdale Ave. 3) Continued public hearing on application by New Broad Street LLC for interpretation and review of the zoning compliance certificate issued and signed by Curt LaValla, the acting director of planning, on Dec. 20, 2023 for 41 Pearl St. Applicant seeks to reverse and modify the determination made that the application conforms to the zoning code. 4) Continued public hearing on application requesting two additional area variances, an additional curb cut and a loading area rolling gate, at 44 Broad St. 5) Continued public hearing on application to confirm in part and to appeal in part requesting 2 area variances from the zoning compliance certificate issued on Dec. 20, 2023 finding conformance and compliance with the CD-6 Character District for 41 Pearl St. 6) New public hearing on application for an area variance to finish the basement level of an existing 2-story, 2-family dwelling at 29 Central Ave. Review of the application indicates this work will create a 3-story building where only 2 stories are allowed. 7) New public hearing on application for an area variance to finish the basement as a habitable level of an existing 2-story, 2-family dwelling at 443 West St. Regular monthly meeting.
