Notice of Formation of Avila Regulatory Solutions, LLC (the “LLC”) filed Articles of Organization with the New York Department of State on 04/27/2024. Office location: Westchester County. The New York Secretary of State is designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served and is directed to forward service of process to 54 Wilson drive, New Rochelle, NY 10801. The purpose of the Company is to engage in any lawful activity under the laws of the State of New York.
2024-2025 VILLAGE OF PORT CHESTER TAX
FIRST HALF REMINDER
This is to notify all taxpayers whose property is located in the Village of Port Chester that the first half of the village tax is due by June 30, 2024. Payments must be POSTMARKED BY THE U S POST OFFICE NO LATER THAN June 30, 2024. If payment is not received by that date, a mandatory, non-waivable penalty of 2% will be added for the month of July and will increase monthly thereafter. Due to the fact that the 30th falls on a Sunday by law we can accept payments on Monday July 1. 2024. This includes the UNITED STATES POST MARK.
For your convenience, there are three ways for you to make payments.
1)You may mail your check in the envelope provided. Be sure to include the first stub of the bill. If you would like a receipt, mark the appropriate box. Payments must be postmarked by the US Post office no later than July 01, 2024 to avoid the penalty.
2)You may also drop your payment in the special locked box in front of the building at 222 Grace Church Street, Port Chester. Include the ENTIRE BILL with your payment and we will send you a receipt. You do not need a stamp.
3)You may pay on line. You may pay by a credit card. You may also pay by electronic transfer (ACH) echeck. Check the back of the bill for instructions or follow the instructions below.

Beginning at 9:00 am on Monday, June 24, 2024, the following waiting lists for the Port Chester Housing Authority will open:
SENIOR CITIZEN (62 OR OLDER)- max 2 people
FAMILY (2, 3 or 4 bedrooms-ONLY)
Applications are limited and will be available at the PCHA office at 2 Weber Drive Port Chester, NY 10573 starting Monday, June 24, 2024.
Completed applications must be submitted (and received by PCHA) by 12:00 pm on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. Late application submissions will not be valid.
COPIES or FAXED applications are not valid – ORIGINALS ONLY.
All applications will be screened for eligibility.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR FEE ACCOUNTING SERVICES
The Port Chester Housing Authority (PCHA) is requesting proposals for a Fee Accountant to provide accounting services for our federally subsidized housing projects (Low-Rent Public Housing - 340 units) for a period of two years.
Awards will be made to the responsible firm whose proposal is most advantageous to the program, with price and other factors considered.
Interested firms can contact the Port Chester Housing Authority, 2 Weber Drive, Port Chester, NY 10573, (914) 937-5550, for a copy of the Request for Proposal duties and selection criteria. Please include the retainer fee you are requesting and submit your sealed bid proposal by 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 to the Port Chester Housing Authority.
