Dolores Ada D'Amato: Homemaker

Dolores (Del) Ada D'Amato, 95, a former Port Chester resident, died Mar. 15, 2024 at Calvary Hospital in the Bronx of natural causes.
She was born in Glens Falls, N.Y. Aug. 17, 1929 and moved to West William Street in Port Chester with her family in her teens where she lived most of her life until moving to The Knolls in Valhalla in 2021.
She is survived by her sister Laura Shaffer, her nephew Peter D'Amato, niece Dolores Shaffer, nephew Robert Shaffer and niece Karen D'Amato Lamphier.
Ms. D’Amato was a homemaker, traveled the world and enjoyed time with her family.
She was pre-deceased by her brother Philip D'Amato.
