Village takes action to resolve 2 lawsuits challenging rezoning

Rendering of the 12-story, 194-unit residential building approved by the Port Chester Planning Commission on Feb. 13, 2023 for 28-34 Pearl St. Zoning for this site, the rest of Pearl Street and a portion of New Broad Street were rezoned on Apr. 3, 2023 to allow only three stories. That zoning change is the subject of two lawsuits.
