Carriere to the Planning Commission as an alternate member. 20) Free parking for the 2024 holiday season. 21) Authorizing the village manager to execute a stipulation of retirement between the Village of Port Chester and Building Inspector Kevin Donohue effective Dec. 20, 2024. 22) Correspondence: a) From Janelle Carroll resigning from the Taxi Commission. b) From the Taxi Commission requesting more members. c) From the Traffic Commission requesting more members. 23) Public comments and board comments.
