Mario Luis Zambrano Romero: Retired SUNY Purchase custodian

Mario Luis Zambrano Romero, 95, a resident of Port Chester, died Oct. 15, 2024.
He was born Dec. 30, 1928 in Peru to Aurelio Zambrano and Maria Soto who predeceased him.
Mr. Zambrano Romero was the widower of Julia Soto Zambrano.
He was a retired custodian for SUNY Purchase College and a parishioner of the Parish of Saint John Bosco in Port Chester.
He is survived by his daughters Guadalupe Zambrano of Port Chester and Rosario Sedano of Norwalk, Ct.; sons German Zambrano of Bridgeport, Ct. and Jorge Zambrano of Port Chester.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9:30 a.m., Fri., Oct. 18 at Parish of Saint John Bosco (Our Lady of Mercy Church), 260 Westchester Ave., Port Chester; interment is private.
