BOND RESOLUTION OF BLIND BROOK-RYE UNION FREE SCHOOL DISTRICT, NEW YORK, ADOPTED OCTOBER 23, 2024, AUTHORIZING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS AND ALTERATIONS TO DISTRICT BUILDINGS AND SITES; STATING THE ESTIMATED MAXIMUM COST THEREOF IS $19,500,000; APPROPRIATING SAID AMOUNT THEREFOR, INCLUDING $1,151,229 FROM THE DISTRICT’S “CAPITAL RESERVE FUNDS-2022”; AND AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $18,348,771 SERIAL BONDS OF SAID DISTRICT TO FINANCE THE BALANCE OF SAID APPROPRIATION.
