Adele E. Bruschi, 93, a longtime resident of Rye Brook, died Sept. 5, 2024.
She was born Mar. 15, 1931 in the Bronx to Frank and Iale Trigalia Alpi, who predeceased her, and was raised and educated there.
She was the widow of Eugene J. Bruschi who died Dec. 17, 2012.
Mrs. Bruschi started her management career with Bell Telephone and ended after 40 years with Verizon in White Plains.
She was a parishioner of Corpus Christi Church in Port Chester and a member of the Rye Brook Seniors.
She is survived by her stepsons Eugene Bruschi and his wife Joanna of Marlton, N.J. and Edward Bruschi and his wife Zoe Bruschi of New Orleans, La.; grandchildren Ashley Bruschi of Philadelphia, Pa. and Heather Bruschi Felli and her husband Jim of Marlton, N.J.; great-grandchildren Ryan and Kayla Felli of Marlton, N.J. and Alexander Bruschi of New Orleans, La. and nephews Robert Alpi and Michael Alpi.
Mrs. Bruschi was also predeceased by her twin brother Frank Alpi, brother Richard Alpi and sister Germaine Alpi.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Sept. 9 at Parish of Saint John Bosco (Corpus Christi) in Port Chester followed by interment at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Mount Pleasant.
